Curb Appeal
Start with the exterior of your home, or your curb appeal. Take a fresh look at the outside of your house from a quick glance from the street. What do you notice first? What unique characteristics seem waiting to be noticed?
Knowing this helps us to decide what measures we can take to invite buyers from the street and into your home. If your house isn't pretty on the outside with retouched paint and bright greenery it's time to get those things done. Refer to the Curb Appeal Checklist and boost your home's final selling price.

"Welcome to your new home!"
Could a buyer picture themselves watching a movie in your living space, relaxing in your master bedroom or studying in your home office? I want your house to pleasantly accept buyers and give them a sense of ease. I'll help you achieve this by recommending changes that highlight the features of your property.
I'll advise you put in storage pieces that give the appearance of clutter. Counter tops should be neatly arranged. Knickknacks, sentimental items, family photos, and refrigerator drawings should get moved out of sight. You need to remove the personal details from the home so buyers can see it as their new home.
I'll look over each room of your home. Areas that directly affect your bottom line include fixable like furniture pieces that should be rearranged, rooms that need fresh paint, carpet that needs steaming, fixtures that need polishing, and windows that need cleaning.
Buyers' agents know that their clients want a property that invites them inside. Anything that could be too personal should be put away so that your home will have likability at the open house.

Setting the Stage
The entire time your house in on the market, we want to engage the buyer's senses.
Brightening up your interior is critical, so we'll do things like open curtains and add lighting where needed to show off your property. Together we'll enhance the ambiance with enjoyable music to listen to while guests look at your home and ensure a nice scent flows room-to-room. We'll incorporate cozy-looking throws, and throw pillows on your couch and bedding. We want buyers to feel like your home is their future home. |
